This is actually a service established for outlying tribes and villages where there are no decent roads to get the regular ambulance through. Interesting.

This is actually soooooo ridiculously perfect for so many small things in isolated areas. Better than being hucked in the back of a pick up or being carried on a motorbike.  LOVE this idea!
