This is what 20 years on the streets of New York City does to you

For the last 23 years, 74-year-old Charles “Charlie” Scott Dunaway has been living on the streets or in low-income housing in New York City. 

Since he doesn’t make enough money from Social Security to afford his low-income housing, Charlie is forced to panhandle near Times Square.
